The shared “3R Government” of Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Executive Governor of Imo State, delivered another road project.
During the week, the ongoing reconstruction of the 2nd Inland Road was opened for commuters and members of the road users for alternative use. This was done at the completion and certification exercise of the project by the Ministry of Works and Infrastructural Development.
Recall that this road had been bad during the past administration, limiting road users from the Avuu/Nekede/Imo Poly/FUTO/ and Concorde axis of options to ply to get to their destinations. Motorists are, therefore, advised to ply from Umuzuruike Hospital to 2nd and 3rd Inland roads as available optional routes because of the ongoing construction of a Fly-Over from the Control Post through the Warehouse.
