The Fresh Air Movement in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area has lauded the Founder and President of the Fresh Air Movement, Hon. James Uba Esile for his unwavering commitment to human capital development and impactful representation at the grassroots level.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the L.G.A. Coordinator, Hon. Prince Kennedy Onyekwere, former Special Adviser (SA) to the Governor of Imo on Community Development, hailed Hon. James Uba Esile, the lawmaker representing Onuimo L.G.A. in the Imo State House of Assembly, on his ongoing Heavy Duty Vehicle Training Program, describing it as a “lifetime empowerment” initiative that addresses both economic empowerment and skill acquisition among youths in the constituency.
According to Prince Onyekwere, the program stands as a testament to Hon. Esile’s forward-thinking leadership and deep concern for the welfare of his constituents. “This is not just training—it is an investment in the future of our people,” the Coordinator said.
The Fresh Air Movement further emphasised that the lawmaker’s approach to representation is setting a new standard for public service, with a focus on tangible, people-centred development.
Hon. Esile’s human capital development program has continued to receive widespread praise, with many beneficiaries already expressing optimism about their future economic prospects.

Prince Kennedy Onyekwere states that what the House Committee Chairman on Culture, Creative Arts and Tourism is doing is unusual in the political nature of representation at the State House. You and I know that truck drivers are indispensable to modern economies. They move goods efficiently, connect industries and consumers, and support economic growth at every level. Their work directly affects prices, product availability, and the functioning of the broader economy.
“Truck drivers are the essential link in the logistics and supply chain network.
They transport goods between ports, factories, warehouses, and retail outlets. Around 50–80% of freight in many civilised and third-world countries is moved by trucks. This makes them in high demand in the transportation industry and well remunerated by employees. Truck drivers ensure the just-in-time delivery system used by many businesses, especially in manufacturing and retail.
This is the quality of the empowerment program the Onuimo lawmaker is giving his constituents,” Onyekwere concludes.
