FREE-FOR-ALL RESIGNATION CONTINUES IN RIVERS STATE

In a fresh wave of resignation at the Sim Fubara-led government of Rivers State, Five members who are loyal to the FCT Minister, and the immediate past governor of the State, Barr. Nyesom Wike resigned from the cabinet.

Those who resigned are:

1. Inime Aguma, Commissioner for Social Welfare and Rehabilitation.
2. Austin Ben-Chioma, Commissioner for Environment.
3. Chinedu Mmom, from the Ministry of Education.
4. Gift Worlu, from the Ministry of Housing.
5. Jacobson Nbina, Ministry of Transport.

They cited reasons such as the toxic working environment and the ongoing political crisis in the State.
Recall that three Commissioners, Zacchaeus Adangor, Emeka Woke, and George Kelly, also resigned from the Ministries of Justice, Special Projects, and Works.

The question is, when is this political crisis going to end in Rivers State?
